- The Connection Fee includes the installation of GNI's wireless equipment, a satellite mounting bracket (if required), up to 100' of outdoor CAT5 cable, 3 hours of installation labour and an Internet connection to the customer's networked computer or router.
- Monthly Internet service fee includes rental of one RSU (Residential Subscriber Unit), one antenna, cable and up to a satellite mounting bracket. Additional charges will apply for any special equipment required to provide reliable service. The customer will be notified of additional costs before installation commences.
- Phone and e-mail support are available during regular business hours, Mondays through Fridays (excluding holidays) from 08:00 till 17:00. E-mail and voice mail received after that time will be returned during the next business day.
- Technical support is limited to regular business hours. On-site technical support response is variable due to circumstances beyond GNI's control, ie. weather.
- Enterprise and Small Business accounts receive priority technical support.
- Prices on this website are subject to change at any time. Monthly service fees remain unchanged for customers for the duration of their contract, after which customer's price is changed to reflect then-current monthly pricing for the level of service they are receiving.
- Taxes are extra.
